The main entrance is located at the front of the building facing Fenton Street.   Suite 205 is upstairs above Green Hills Learning Center Pre-School and Eastlake Dentistry.



Eastlake Community Counseling is a paperless office which uses TherapyAppoinment.com to schedule all sessions. In order to use this secure, user friendly, 24-hour online scheduling system you will need to create an account. During your treatment, you'll use this account to schedule, cancel and/or reschedule appointments, manage appointment reminders, communicate with Jeff, and view your attendance and payment history. You can log on any time, day or night, to do these things.

 

If you are seeing Jeff for the first time, please schedule a First Session appointment or, if you have been seen before, a Returning Client Session. Appointments may be cancelled online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  If you need to cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice, please call or email.  

 

Clients who cancel an appointment with fewer than 24 hours' notice or miss an appointment will be assessed a $75 fee.

If you are planning on using your insurance to cover your sessions, you must enter all of the necessary insurance information as soon as possible. All information entered into the appointment system is held in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any purpose other than scheduling and billing. 



If you are a new client: please note that after you have scheduled your first session, you will receive important messages in your client portal under My Messages. Please be sure to read them in their entirety. Additionally, you must complete the assigned forms under My Docs & Forms in your client portal prior to your first session.
