In addition to cash and check, ​you can  pay for insurance co-pays or fees for service the following ways:

Venmo:

To pay a copay or outstanding balance using Venmo, just search Jeff Palitz in the Venmo app or scan the QR code on the ECC home pagePLEASE NOTE: Venmo does not charge a fee if you transfer directly from your bank account or from a debit card. You will be charged a fee for transferring from a credit card. For your privacy, make sure you have your Venmo payment setting set to private!

Credit Card/TherapyAppointment.com:

Your TherapyAppointment.com client portal allows you to keep a credit card on file so you can pay your copays and outstanding balances any time, at your convenience. You can also pay copays and fees with a card in person at your session.

 

Insurance:​

Eastlake Community Counseling accepts most major behavioral health insurance plans.  In order to have your insurance pay for your sessions, you must enter your insurance information into your TherapyAppointment.com client portal as soon as you schedule your first session. Just log in to your portal, click on My Insurance, and follow the instructions on the screen.

 

To check if your insurance is currently accepted, please see the green box on this page.  Even if your insurance is accepted, there is a wide variation in coverage from plan to plan, so please make sure you know what your mental health benefits are before you come to your first appointment. You will receive an email confirming your appointment once your coverage has been verified, or a message explaining any reasons why an appointment cannot be confirmed at this time.

Cash/No Insurance:

The cash fee for a 45-minute session is $130.  If you do not have insurance but still wish to schedule an appointment, when entering your information into your TherapyAppointment.com 
portal, please click on My Insurance, Create Message, and send a message stating you will be paying cash.
