Beginning Monday, March 23rd, I will be conducting all sessions (including first sessions for new clients) remotely via telehealth video (System Requirements and Troubleshooting). I have already switched all sessions to telehealth status in your client portal, so the only action you need to complete before your next session is to log in to your client portal and electronically read/sign the telehealth consent form. Just click on My Docs & Forms, and you will see the form.

Rest assured; telehealth is a simple, straightforward, and effective process, and new clients are welcome. You can use any internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer (wi-fi connections will often provide a better experience, but sometimes your cellular data connection will be faster). Starting fifteen minutes before your scheduled session, a button will appear in your client portal that allows you to enter the virtual waiting room for your session. All you need to do is log in to your client portal and click on the button to connect to your session. Be sure to choose “Allow” when prompted to allow the program to access your camera and microphone. I will join the session at your scheduled time. 

Please make sure you know your login information now, as I may be unavailable to help you obtain it in the minutes before your session.

For your session, make sure you are in a quiet, private place where you will be able to devote your undivided attention to therapy for 45 minutes. You may wish to use earbuds to help protect your privacy – that is up to you.

All payments will be accepted via your card on file, Venmo, or through your client portal.
