Until further notice, I am conducting all sessions (including sessions for new clients) remotely via telehealth video (System Requirements and Troubleshooting). I will automatically switch all sessions to telehealth status in your client portal when you schedule, so the only additional action you need to complete before your first telehealth session is to log in to your client portal and electronically read/sign the telehealth consent form. Just click on My Docs & Forms, and you will see it there.
Telehealth is a simple, straightforward, and effective process, and new clients are welcome. You can use any internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer (wi-fi connections will often provide a better experience, but sometimes your cellular data connection will be faster). After you have scheduled your first telehealth appointment, you will receive a secure message in your client portal with the reusable link to my telehealth platform. No additional login is necessary, just make sure you click on the link a few minutes prior to your session, enter the client's first and last name, and then wait for your session to begin.
For your session, make sure you are in a quiet, private place where you will be able to devote your undivided attention to therapy for 45 minutes. You may wish to use earbuds to help protect your privacy – that is up to you.
All payments will be accepted via your card on file, Venmo, or through your client portal.
