Since 1999, Jeff, has worked with teens facing a wide variety of issues. From social stress to self-esteem to ADHD, anxiety, depression and anger, Jeff has developed effective strategies for relating to teens, helping them feel understood and helping their parents relate to them more effectively. Even if your teen is initially resistant to coming to counseling, if you can get him or her in the door, Jeff will work hard to build a relationship that supports their growth towards a healthy future.
