If you have questions or concerns about obtaining counseling during COVID-19, please feel free to call, leave a voicemail, or email.
Until further notice, I am conducting all sessions (including sessions for new clients) remotely via telehealth video (System Requirements and Troubleshooting). I will automatically switch all sessions to telehealth status in your client portal when you schedule, so the only additional action you need to complete before your first telehealth session is to log in to your client portal and electronically read/sign the telehealth consent form. Just click on My Docs & Forms, and you will see the form.
Rest assured; telehealth is a simple, straightforward, and effective process, and new clients are welcome. You can use any internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer (wi-fi connections will often provide a better experience, but sometimes your cellular data connection will be faster). Starting fifteen minutes before your scheduled session, a "Launch" button will appear in your client portal that allows you to enter the virtual waiting room for your session. All you need to do is log in to your client portal (iOS users must use Safari) and click on the button to connect to your session. Be sure to choose “Allow” when prompted to allow the program to access your camera and microphone. I will join the session at your scheduled time.
Please make sure you know your login information now, as I may be unavailable to help you obtain it in the minutes before your session.
For your session, make sure you are in a quiet, private place where you will be able to devote your undivided attention to therapy for 45 minutes. You may wish to use earbuds to help protect your privacy – that is up to you.
All payments will be accepted via your card on file, Venmo, or through your client portal.
If you have any questions or concerns, let me know, and I will do my best to help.
*Couples Please note: I am not accepting new couples clients at this time.*
