For payment of insurance co-pays or fees for service, Eastlake Community Counseling accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Debit/Check Cards with the Visa or MasterCard Logo.

Insurance:

Eastlake Community Counseling accepts most major behavioral health insurance plans.  To see if your insurance is currently accepted, please click here.  Even if we accept your insurance, there is a wide variation in coverage from plan to plan, so all insurances must be verified prior to confirming your initial appointment.  Please make an appointment using our online scheduler and be sure to enter in your complete insurance information.  You will receive an email or phone call confirming your appointment when your benefits are confirmed, or a message explaining any reasons why an appointment cannot be confirmed at this time.

Cash/No Insurance:
 
The standard cash fee for a 45-minute session is $120.  If you do not have insurance but still wish to schedule an appointment, you may be eligible for a sliding-scale fee adjustment based on your income.  When making your online appointment, simply type the word "cash" in the field for insurance, and put NA in other insurance-related fields.
